XM on lookout for Russian-speaking customer experience officer

Limassol-based CFD broker XM is searching for a Russian-speaking Customer Experience Officer, based either in Limassol or Athens.

The successful candidate will be expected to deal with clients’ inquiries via live chat, email and telephone; perform personal clientele analysis and take actions as required; handle client inquiries appropriately and ensure that high level service is provided; promote available products and services to clients; develop and maintain excellent relationships with prospective and existing clients; cooperate effectively with other departments as required; and, contribute to team effort by achieving targeted results.

Candidates are required to have a degree in a business-related field, while client handling experience in the financial services sector is a definite plus. They must be a fluent Russian speaker with excellent oral and written skills in English, have the ability to multitask and maintain a high-level of organisation, have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent computer literacy and a valid work permit.
