Limassol-based Dataduck hiring a full-time Payment Specialist

Dataduck, a digital marketing agency with an office in Limassol, is looking to recruit a Payment Specialist full time.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing settlements and payment to/from various PSP; communication with PSP on reconciliation, settlements; working with debtors (PSP); reconciling information from internal systems against statements from PSP and banks, checking accuracy of fees deduction, rolling reserves, balances; and resolving any discrepancies identified in an efficient and effective manner.

They must also effectively communicate between payment providers, bank and internal teams; analyse data issues to determine source causes and contribute in the continuous process improvements; initiate changes that drive efficiencies while continuing a balanced relationship with all parties; and assist in the preparation of reports and analysis required by the management

Candidates are required to have a degree in Economics/ Finance/ Business/ Statistics or any other relevant field and 1-2 years of experience in a Finance, Settlements Reconciliation or Back-office position. Previous experience in PSP, electronic payments will be considered a plus.

They must also have excellent business written and verbal communications skills, an ability to work both independently and as a part of a team, be fluent in English (Russian is a plus), and have experience in analysing transaction and balances, with solid numeracy skills. Advance Excel knowledge is a must, as is excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and critical thinking.
