Job vacancy at ASBIS: Corporate Business Trainer

Limassol-based ASBIS Group – one of the leading distributors of Information and Communications Technology products and solutions – is seeking to recruit a Corporate Business Trainer in Cyprus for the development of managerial skills in its central team.

The successful candidate will be expected to identify and assess the training needs through job analysis, career paths and consultation with managers; develop individualised and group training programmes that address specific business needs; develop training manuals that target tangible results; implement effective and purposeful training methods; evaluate organisational performance to ensure that training is meeting business needs and improving performance; assess employees’ skills, performance, and productivity to identify areas of improvement; create a curriculum to facilitate strategic training based on the organisation’s goals; select and manage resources, including working with both internal employees and training vendors to develop and deliver training; manage the technologies and technical personnel required to develop, manage and deliver training; and keep abreast of training trends, developments, and best practices.

As for qualifications and skills, they must hold a Bachelor or Master degree and have four or more years of experience in a similar position. Their spoken and written English must be of Upper-Intermediate level and have initiative, be able to generate ideas and multi-task.
