Foreign Minister in Athens on first official visit abroad

Minister of Foreign Affairs Constantinos Kombos is visiting Athens on Thurday, on his first official visit abroad since taking office.

Kombos will meet with his Greek counterpart Nikos Dendias over a working lunch that will be followed by joint statements to the press.

The two FMs are expected to discuss developments in the Cyprus problem and the wider Eastern Mediterranean region, as well as a wide range of international and regional issues.

According to the Greek Foreign Ministry, the meeting between the two Ministers is part of the ongoing cooperation and coordination between Greece and Cyprus.
