Andria Neocleous appointed as the new Executive Director of “Hope For Children” CRC Policy Center

The Founder of “Hope For Children” CRC Policy Center, Joseph Borghese, announces that after careful consideration, the Board of Directors has approved the promotion of the Director of Humanitarian Division, Andria Neocleous, to the position of Executive Director of the organisation. In addition, Andria Angastiniotou, the current Deputy Director of Humanitarian Division, is promoted to the position of the Director of the Division.

Andria Neocleous has been with the organisation for over nine years, serving as the Director of Humanitarian Division. During her tenure, she has demonstrated exceptional leadership, vision, and a deep commitment to the mission. She has overseen the growth of the humanitarian division and, consequently, of the organisation, expanded its programs and services, and strengthened its partnerships with key stakeholders. She was also in charge of the process of establishing “Hope For Children” in the United States. As Executive Director, Andria Neocleous will continue to provide strategic direction and leadership for the organisation and the team of about 110 staff members based in Cyprus. She will work closely with the Board of Directors, Senior Advisory Board, staff, and partners to advance the mission, achieve the goals, and ensure the sustainability of the organisation and expansion of the services to children and families.

Andria Angastiniotou has also been a key member of the organisation for many years, leading alongside the Director the Humanitarian Division with dedication and expertise. Under her leadership, the organisation has developed expertise in the field of child protection, built a culture of dedication and professionalism among the team, responded to emergencies, and provided assistance to thousands of children in need. As Director of Humanitarian Division, Andria Angastiniotou will oversee all humanitarian programs and field operations, working closely with the coordinators of the departments and stakeholders to ensure the effective and high-quality provision of services to the beneficiaries.

These promotions are an important development for the organisation, signalling its commitment to strong leadership, strategic vision, and effective management. “Hope For Children” are confident that they will both continue to provide the leadership and direction needed to achieve its mission and make a positive impact on the lives of those it serves.
