Catherine Magelssen at CIM Summit 2023

Dr Catherine Magelssen, Assistant Professor of Strategy and Entrepreneurship at the London Business School, will be addressing the CIM Summit 2023 on 8 April.

Prevailing trends and advice on their management

The contribution of large multinational companies to the recovery of economies from systemic shocks is important. The need to restore order in the market is mobilizing the private sector to take action and choose modern strategies that will contribute to joint recovery efforts.

Thus, multinational companies greatly contribute to market recovery and act as a support system when certain crises exceed the financial capabilities of governments. However, it is not exclusively about external actions. Differentiation of decisions can also be observed within the organization with corresponding practices that are in line with modern requirements.

Catherine Magelssen, Assistant Professor of Strategy and Entrepreneurship at the London Business School, will dive into the above topic at the CIM Summit 2023. Professor Magelssen will deliver a speech on "Strategic Decisions in a New Era of Business", where she will discuss policies followed by heads of organizations in the modern era.
