Over 10,000 visitors flocked to the three-day HORECA-Gastronomia Expo 2023, attending both the top trade show of the year and the 3rd Reporter Street Food.

The largest trade show organised by The Cyprus Chefs Association (C.C.A.) and coordinated by IMH, took place from 10 to 12 November hosting leading companies in the catering and hospitality sector.

The purpose of the exhibition was to bring the professionals of the above sectors in direct contact with companies that cover the entire spectrum of products and services related to the equipment and supply of hotel units and mass catering areas.

At the same time, within the framework of the exhibition, various related events were organised, such as competitions with the participation of professional cooks.

Alongside the exhibition, C.C.A. organised the largest Cypriot culinary and pastry festival, with the winners announced at the event’s closing ceremony.

In the context of these competitions, the professional chefs who will represent C.C.A., but also Cyprus, were given the opportunity to be nominated for various global culinary festivals and cooking competitions.

The exhibition was also open to the general public, giving the opportunity to all those who enjoy quality cuisine and good food to come into direct contact with the professional Chefs, members of the C.C.A., and get to know the people who keep Cyprus’s position high in global culinary indices.

The exhibition was held under the auspices of the Deputy Ministry of Tourism.
