Farmers Fest: A fresh take on the countryside festival

Inspired by the relaxed atmosphere and creative spirit of European outdoor festivals, Farmers Fest brings a fresh approach to food, creativity and entertainment in the Cypriot countryside.

A fresh take on outdoor entertainment is coming to the Cypriot countryside, inspired by the relaxed atmosphere and creative spirit of European outdoor festivals. Farmers Fest, a contemporary food and lifestyle festival, will take place on Sunday, 15 November 2026, from 10 am to 5 pm, at Lexeko Estate in Lythrodontas, just outside Nicosia. The festival invites visitors to enjoy a full day of local flavours, creativity, music and entertainment in a beautiful countryside setting.

With a fresh approach, Farmers Fest brings together local producers, independent businesses, artists and makers in a setting where the charm of the Cypriot countryside meets contemporary style and the lively atmosphere of European festivals.

From Local Makers to Vintage Treasures

At the heart of Farmers Fest is a celebration of local produce and Cyprus's creative community, presented with a fresh, contemporary twist. Visitors can explore a carefully curated market featuring seasonal produce, artisan foods, plants, flowers, vintage clothing and accessories, jewellery, artwork and one-of-a-kind creations.

The festival also offers visitors the chance to meet the people behind the products, discover small independent businesses and enjoy a Sunday outing with a difference.

Food Experiences

Norris on the Go, Syno Flame Grill, Pikla and Baked Dough will bring their own flavours to the festival, serving everything from delicious sandwiches and burgers to creative street food, freshly baked bread and pizzas. The programme will also feature Petros Eleftheriades, known for his appearance on MasterChef Greece, alongside chef Katerina Liakos, who will showcase their culinary creations, with the support of BEEOLOGY by Haridemos as the chefs’ sponsor.

Visitors will also have the opportunity to watch a traditional halloumi-making demonstration, bringing together contemporary flavours and Cyprus’s rich culinary heritage.

Get Creative, Get Inspired

Sophia Flower Studio will host a flower-arranging workshop, while Dusty Clouds (Nicola) will offer a relaxed Sip & Paint experience. Vintage treasures, handmade creations and unique finds will add to the experience, giving visitors plenty to discover as they explore the festival.

Farmers Fest also has plenty in store for younger visitors. At the Little Farmers Club, children will have the chance to meet the farm animals, try horse riding and take part in games and fun challenges at the Funfair. For those looking for a little more adventure, Laser Tag will offer an exciting mix of action and strategy. Meanwhile, adults can enjoy the food, music and relaxed countryside atmosphere, making Farmers Fest a great day out for the whole family.

Setting the soundtrack for the day, Mr. Wilson will perform live, blending soul, funk, groove, R&B and hip-hop.

A Different Kind of Festival

Lefki Joachim, Founder & Creative Director of Lexeko Estate, explains: “With Farmers Fest, we wanted to create something a little different.
