PwC Cyprus is strengthening its Tax & Legal Services leadership team with the addition of Panayiotis Hadjiconstantinou, bringing extensive international experience and recognised expertise in international taxation and cross-border structuring.
In recent years, Hadjiconstantinou served as International Tax & Policy Partner for another Big Four firm in the Middle East. Earlier in his career, he worked with PwC in both the United Kingdom and Cyprus.
Hadjiconstantinou began his career in 2008 with PwC UK, advising investment management firms on international taxation and structuring. In 2012, he moved to PwC Cyprus, where he supported private clients mainly in the energy, commodities and real estate sectors.
He holds a Law degree from the University of Bristol in the United Kingdom and an LL.M. in International Taxation from Leiden University in the Netherlands. He specialises in Global Minimum Tax and Double Tax Treaties.
