Demonstrating its long-standing commitment to continuous learning and the professional development of its people, the 'Alphamega & Bean Bar' Academy celebrated the graduation of the 14 participants of the Academy's seventh cohort during an official graduation ceremony.
For the past seven years, the Academy has been one of the cornerstones of the organisation’s culture, identifying, assessing and developing team members who demonstrate the skills, capabilities and potential to grow into leadership roles.
Candidate selection and assessment are carried out in collaboration with Deloitte, ensuring a transparent, merit-based process that follows international best practices. Participants are selected based on their individual strengths and competencies and are evaluated through specialised development centres designed specifically for this purpose.
Since the Academy’s launch, 166 employees have successfully completed the programme, with almost one in two graduates (45%) already progressing into positions of responsibility.
This year’s graduation ceremony took place on Tuesday, 21 July 2026, at the 'Enosis Neon Trast' Centre in Nicosia, in the presence of the organisation’s management team, partners, Academy participants and their families.
