HYPPOS AI implementation at HELLENiQ ENERGY recognized with INDUSTRIAL BEST PRACTICE award at SuSChemE-SUSTENS 2 Conference

Hyperion Systems Engineering Ltd (HSE), the Cyprus-based industrial technology and deep-tech software company behind HYPPOS is proud to announce that the industrial implementation of its HYPPOS AI platform at HELLENiQ ENERGY (HELLENiQ ENERGY - Empowering Tomorrow) has been recognized with the **Industrial Best Practice Award at the SuSChemE–SUSTENS 2 Conference, organized under the auspices of the European Federation of Chemical Engineering (EFCE).

The award was presented to HELLENiQ ENERGY for the successful deployment of the HYPPOS AI soft-sensor system, developed by Hyperion Systems Engineering. HYPPOS AI enables real-time prediction of polypropylene product quality, helping production teams make earlier decisions, improve process performance, and reduce off-spec production associated with delayed laboratory-based testing.

The recipients were selected by an independent Industrial Awards Committee of experienced industry professionals and experts, following the evaluation criteria published by the conference organizers.

The recognition highlights the successful collaboration between Hyperion Systems Engineering and HELLENiQ ENERGY, demonstrating how artificial intelligence can move beyond proof-of-concept and deliver measurable value in demanding industrial operations. By providing reliable AI-based virtual sensing, HYPPOS AI supports improved product consistency, reduced waste, increased production efficiency, and enhanced sustainability.
