Eurobank has repurchased a total of 1,735,675 shares issued by the Bank and traded on the Euronext Athens, with an average purchase price of €4.2751 per share and a total cost of €7,420,161.43.
Following the above purchases, Eurobank directly holds a total of 34,055,514 Own Shares.
More specefically, a relevant statement submitted to the Cyprus Stock Exchange, said, "Eurobank S.A. (hereinafter “Eurobank” or the “Bank”), following its announcement of 10.06.2026 with respect to the commencement of the Share Buyback Programme (“Programme”), which was approved pursuant to the resolution of the Annual General Meeting of the Bank’s Shareholders held on 28.04.2026, in accordance with Article 49 of Law 4548/2018 (the “Programme”), and following the resolution of the Bank’s Board of Directors dated 29.04.2026, hereby informs the public that during the period 15.06.2026 – 19.06.2026, it repurchased, within the framework of the Programme, a total of 1,735,675 shares issued by the Bank (“Own Shares”) and traded on the Euronext Athens, with an average purchase price of €4.2751 per share and a total cost of €7,420,161.43."
The statement went on to note that, "In particular, the following purchases were made on the Euronext Athens through its member “Eurobank Equities Single Member Investment Firm S.A.”:
It went on to note that, "Following the above purchases, Eurobank directly holds a total of 34,055,514 Own Shares. Finally, it is reminded that the Bank’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 28.04.2026 approved the cancellation of 28,097,019 own shares of the Bank, with a corresponding reduction of its share capital, in accordance with Article 49 of Law 4548/2018."
"The completion of the aforementioned corporate action remains subject to the receipt of the relevant approval from the European Central Bank and the completion of the required publication formalities with the General Commercial Registry (G.E.MI.).This announcement is issued in accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and the Council of April 16, 2014, and the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 of March 8, 2016," the statement concluded.
