Leonardo Hotels & Resorts Mediterranean has announced the official opening of NALU Latchi by Leonardo Limited Edition, a new five-star beachfront resort on the shores of Latchi.
"Representing an investment of €87 million and one of the most significant in the company's history, NALU sets a new benchmark for family luxury hospitality in the Mediterranean. The resort is built around a guiding philosophy: A Place to Belong," a press release from the company noted.
Situated adjacent to the Akamas Peninsula and the Blue Lagoon, NALU spans eleven neighbourhood-inspired buildings and features 240 contemporary Junior Suites, including 87 Swim-Up Junior Suites with direct pool access, as well as spacious One-Bedroom Suites accommodating up to five guests.
The resort offers direct beach access, a central swimming pool, and a sea-based inflatable water park. Dining options include three restaurants — a main restaurant overlooking Latchi Marina serving Mediterranean and international cuisine, an Italian restaurant, and an Asian restaurant — along with three bars, including a lounge bar with views of the Blue Lagoon and a pool bar. A Kids Club, gaming zones, mini golf, outdoor cinema, eco-discovery programmes, and climbing activities cater to families. Adults have access to wellness and fitness facilities, yoga spaces, and poolside lounges, the announcement also pointed out.
Future Development
"As part of its long-term vision, the resort will expand with the addition of 12 ultra-luxury private villas featuring dedicated butler service, designed to introduce a higher level of exclusivity and personalised hospitality," the announceemnt said, adding that, in his company and partner network wide announcement, Roni Aloni, the Managing Director, Leonardo Hotels & Resorts Mediterranean states that, “NALU stands as a symbol of our ambition, innovation, and confidence in the future. The opening of NALU is not only the launch of a remarkable resort; it is a milestone achievement for our company.”
