A series of important Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) in a range of sectors have been signed between Cyprus and Kazakhstan in the framework of President Nikos Christodoulides' first official visit to Kazakhstan.
According to a relevant Cyprus Presidency post on X, "Memoranda of Understanding in the fields of Higher Education and Research, Culture, Sports, Information and Communication Technologies, E-Government, Space Activity and Cybersecurity were signed between Cyprus and Kazakhstan in the presence of the two Presidents, while a Memorandum of Understanding was also signed between the Chambers of Commerce of the two countries. The agreements are part of the common pursuit to further deepen cooperation at political, economic and sectoral levels, reflecting the continuous upgrading of the strategic relations between Cyprus and Kazakhstan."
