President Christodoulides arrived in Kazakhstan on Tuesday evening for an official state visit.
On Wednesday afternoon, at around 5pm local time, he is scheduled to visit the Astana International Financial Centre (AIFC), where a business forum will take place under the auspices of the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCCI) and the International Chamber of Commerce of Kazakhstan.
He will later inaugurate the Embassy of the Republic of Cyprus in Astana, followed by an official reception.
“Our goal is to further strengthen economic and investment relations between Cyprus and Kazakhstan, create new channels of cooperation, and promote Cyprus as a reliable business and investment hub in the wider region,” CCCI Secretary General Philokypros Roussounides said.
