The Research and Innovation Foundation (RIF) has announced an open call for proposals under the “Creation and Initial Development of Startups with International Orientation (PRE-SEED)” Programme.
The total budget for the call is €1,000,000, with a maximum funding amount of €119,999 per project.
Proposals must be submitted through the IRIS portal by 11 September 2026 at 13:00.
The programme supports the creation and early development of innovative startups aiming to develop products and services with strong potential for global market penetration.
According to the announcement, eligible participants include startups at the stage of developing their business idea and/or in the early phases of product or service development.
