The company announces the launch of a strategic partnership with UNIPLACES, the leading player in student housing across Central Europe and the United Kingdom. Founded in 2012 and headquartered in Portugal, UNIPLACES offers more than 40,000 student apartments for rent through its platform, across Portugal, Spain, France, Germany, Italy, Belgium, Netherlands, the Czech Republic, and the UK.
Through this strategic collaboration, UNIPLACES will now expand its presence in Greece and Cyprus, as the properties of MyStudentFlat will become available to UNIPLACES users. At the same time, MyStudentFlat will gain access to the portfolio of UNIPLACES across all markets, offering high-quality accommodation options to Greek and Cypriot students wishing to study abroad.

National 1st Place
The company also announces its winning participation in the 6th StartUp Bootcamp, part of the startup acceleration program run by the National Bank of Greece through its NBG SEEDS initiative.
MyStudentFlat secured 1st place among 144 participating Startups, making it the top-performer, in one of the most prominent Startup programs in Greece. The achievement highlights both the company’s innovation and the growing strength of the Cypriot Startup ecosystem.
Participation at the 2026 KPMG StartUp Innovation Lab
Finally, the company announces its participation at this year’s KPMG StartUp Innovation Lab (KPMG SIL). The program, launched in 2025 under the auspices of KPMG Cyprus, is considered one of the leading StartUp accelerators in the country.
MyStudentFlat is one of the five startups, strictly selected from a large pool of applicants, for the current 2nd cohort of the program. Its participation offers the company access to expert advisory, mentorship, and strategic guidance across key areas of business development, delivered by experienced KPMG Cyprus professionals.
Upon completion of the program in June 2026, MyStudentFlat will have the opportunity to present its business case to investors within KPMG’s network and attract significant funding to support its next phase of growth.
