Kostas Petsas has announced his retirement and departure from Kyndryl, completing a 32-year career at IBM and Kyndryl.
A relevant announcement on his retirement notes that Petsas has been a member of the organisation for more than three decades, playing a pivotal role in its transition from IBM to Kyndryl.
He also led the Global Technology Services (GTS) organisation for almost 20 years, successfully implementing large and complex projects in both the public and private sectors.
At the same time, Petsas contributed substantially to the two organisations' sales, to the formulation of key offers and to the support of important collaborations.
Throughout his career, Petsas has been a highly trusted leader and collaborator, contributing substantially to the growth and transformation of the organizations he worked for, while guiding and inspiring many generations of professionals.
Petsas leaves behind a strong imprint of ethics, professionalism and leadership, as well as a group of people who were positively influenced by working with him, the announcement concludes.
