Global investment prospects and emerging opportunities were discussed at a recent client dinner hosted by Eurobank in conjunction with BNP Paribas.
Held in Nicosia on Wednesday, March 4, the dinner was organised by Eurobank's Private Banking and BNP Paribas Asset Management departments. It was part of Eurobank's collaboration with international organisations, providing access to investment analyses and capital management strategies from leading financial advisors with expertise and know-how, aiming to provide better and higher quality service to the Bank's customers in the field of Wealth Management.
Presentations on behalf of BNP Paribas were carried out by Daniel Morris, Chief Market Strategist/Co-Head of the Investment Insight Centre at BNP Paribas Asset Management, and Sophie Dimopoulou, Head of Distribution Luxembourg & Eastern Mediterranean Countries at BNP Paribas Asset Management. Morris focused on the macroeconomic analysis of financial markets and the current investment outlook and risks, while Dimopoulou referred to thematic investments and their benefits in portfolio management.
The event was addressed on behalf of Eurobank by the Bank's CEO, Michalis Louis, who underlined that the Wealth Management sector has always been a key pillar of Eurobank's strategy, while he particularly emphasised the experience and specialisation of the Bank's staff. He also made special reference to Eurobank's international collaborations with partners such as BNP Paribas Asset Management, noting that "through these partnerships we are given the opportunity to offer our clients more investment options to identify opportunities, as well as a personalised investment experience."
