The House Price Index in the third quarter of 2025 has recorded an annual change of 0.1%.
According to a preliminary estimate by CySTAT, the House Price Index (HPI) for the third quarter of 2025 is estimated at 146.86 units.
Compared with the second quarter of 2025, the HPI decreased by 0.3%, while compared with the corresponding quarter of 2024, it increased by 0.1%.
The index for new housing units in the third quarter of 2025 is estimated at 164.28 units, compared with 164.60 units in the previous quarter.
The index for existing units is estimated at 134.75 units, compared with 135.29 units in the second quarter of 2025.
