American University of Beirut (AUB) Mediterraneo joined partners, divers, environmental groups and local organisations recently for The Big Underwater Cleanup at Paphos Harbour.
Describing the event as “a powerful community effort to protect our coastline and marine life”, AUB Mediterraneo said it was especially proud of its students, who volunteered their time and energy to support the initiative. “Their enthusiasm, teamwork, and dedication reflect the spirit of our community and the values we stand for,” it said.
It went on to thank everyone who took part. “Your commitment helps keep our harbor clean and reminds us of the impact we can create when we work together.”
