With close to five years at the company, Bulat Latypov has been appointed as Chief Communications Officer (COO).
Latypov announced the news in a LinkedIn post, including a quote from well-known US financial journalist Bob Pisani, "The most valuable sources are those who both know what they are talking about and who can provide an honest opinion. They are not necessarily the same."
According to the company, the Chief Communications Officer (CCO) is responsible for shaping and executing Freedom24’s overarching communications, brand, and stakeholder engagement strategy across Europe, while contributing to the global corporate communications agenda of the Organisation.
"This role defines how Freedom is perceived, ensuring that its European voice reflects innovation, trust, and social responsibility while aligning with global business priorities. As a key member of the leadership team, the CCO advises the CEO and senior executives on strategic communications, brand architecture, and stakeholder positioning. The CCO oversees all aspects of external and internal communications, brand management, sponsorship strategy, media and public relations, and public affairs, ensuring Freedom’s message remains cohesive, credible, and impactful across all audiences," Freedom24 notes.
Having first began working in Cyprus in 2018, Latypov joined Freedom24 in February 2021 as the Head of PR for Europe. He went on to become PR & Communications Director before being appointed COO this month.

In September, Freedom24 opened its second flagship office in Limassol. Freedom Tower II is located at 26 Christaki Kranou Street.
