“I think everybody has to do a bit of self-reflection every single time you face something. To complain about it is not an option. You have to reflect on what went right, what went wrong, and what can I do next time to do it better,” she said, asked to explain her strategies on dealing with issues that arise.
On leading her team, she added that it is a state of mind that requires the individual to be very agile and flexible in order to keep achieving their goals.
