In an atmosphere of elegance and creative energy, ARARAT – The Signature Collection inaugurated its ten gastronomic destinations (with fine dining restaurant Cloud 9 already in operation), opening a new chapter in Limassol’s culinary landscape.
With the unveiling of its gastronomic destinations, ARARAT now opens its doors for everyone to experience this new world of dining – welcoming the wider community and visitors from Cyprus and beyond.
Those in attendance had the opportunity to experience the philosophy of ARARAT up close – one that focuses on authenticity, refinement and a deep connection with the senses. The ten dining venues form a multidimensional journey, spanning from haute cuisine and authentic Mediterranean flavours to fine patisserie and signature mixology creations.
During the evening, which was predominantly attended by members of the press and pre-booked guests, participants were guided through the distinctive spaces, tasted selected dishes and cocktails, and met the renowned chefs and creators behind the ARARAT experiences.
With the full collection of gastronomic destinations now open, ARARAT – The Signature Collection reaffirms its role as a reference point not only for living and hospitality, but also for gastronomy in Cyprus, setting new standards under the direction of gastronomy advisor Reto H. Mathis.
ARARAT – The Signature Collection also looks forward to hosting a Grand Opening celebration in the near future, where family, friends and valued guests will be invited to share in this landmark moment.
