The bank is the third financial institution to join the BIF/CIF network—an important step that enhances the Forum’s momentum and underscores the significance of the banking sector’s participation in the collective effort toward greater transparency and integrity.

On Friday, 3 October 2025, CIF President Marios Skandalis and BIF Programme Coordinator Mr. Robert Yiouselis signed the Certificate of Participation and presented it to CDB Bank’s CEO, Loukas Marangos. This act officially marks CDB’s membership in the organisation and reaffirms its commitment to advancing ethics and transparency in business.

CDB Bank’s inclusion in the BIF/CIF network is expected to further strengthen the organisation’s impact and reach, as the participation of a financial institution with a significant presence in the Cypriot market lends greater credibility to the Forum’s vision and activities.
