On the 3rd of October, Limassol will mark the official opening of all ten culinary destinations within ARARAT – The Signature Collection — a landmark moment where gastronomy reaches new heights and becomes a way of life.
Already open to guests, Cloud9 has established itself as Limassol’s foremost fine dining destination, celebrated for its unique culinary vision and for welcoming a new Michelin-starred Guest Chef every two months. During each residency, the menu evolves monthly, creating a constantly reimagined dining experience.
The culinary direction of ARARAT is shaped by Reto H. Mathis, one of Europe’s most respected gastronomy advisors, whose legacy spans St. Moritz, international events, and collaborations with leading figures worldwide. With more than six decades of family tradition in haute cuisine, Mathis unites authentic Mediterranean flavours with the refinement of an Alpine philosophy.
From intimate dining to grand occasions, he has conceived ten distinct gastronomic experiences, each with its own atmosphere and character, including Cloud9:
• Little Italy – Authentic Italian–Mediterranean cuisine, where tradition is born around the table.
• Balik Bar & Caviar House – An exclusive champagne and caviar experience (including gold caviar), featuring Balik smoked salmon.
