SkyCoast Ltd is planning the construction and operation of a residential complex in Mandria, Paphos.
The project, called 'Rodia Residences', for which the Environmental Authority has given approval, includes three apartment buildings with a total of 12 apartments, 10 maisonettes, swimming pools, fencing and a central biological urban wastewater treatment plant, within the administrative boundaries of the community of Mandria, in the Paphos district.
The proposed apartment buildings will consist of two floors and a ground floor, with a maximum height of approximately 9.5 meters, while the proposed maisonettes will consist of one floor and a ground floor, with a maximum height of approximately 5.85 meters.

In total, 12 two-bedroom apartments will be built with an area of approximately 78 sq m each, as well as ten two-bedroom maisonettes with areas of: 4 x 98.20 sq m, 98.3 sq m, 100.6 sq m, 101.4 sq m, 101.2 sq m, 98.2 sq m and 101.4 sq m approximately.
As stated in the environmental impact assessment study, the estimated cost of the project amounts to €5.5 million.

According to the environmental opinion, the proposed project will operate as a residential complex for permanent and/or holiday residences, with a capacity of up to 184 people.

Additionally, in the proposed development, a total of two swimming pools are expected to be constructed, with a capacity of approximately 224 cubic meters and approximately nine cubic meters (children's).
The residential complex will also include private roads/pedestrian streets, sidewalks, parking lots and green spaces. For the needs of the development, 46 private parking spaces, seven public parking spaces and four disabled spaces will be created.
According to the Information Report, a tertiary biological treatment plant will be installed to treat the development's urban wastewater. The biological plant will be underground and will have a daily capacity of approximately 46 cubic meters.

The total area of the plot of the entire development is approximately 6,337 sq m.
