INEX is planning the construction and operation of the Navie integrated development encompassing 12 apartment buildings in Ayia Marinouda within the Municipality of Geroskipou in Paphos.
Located just outside the town of Paphos, the new development will consist of apartments and townhouses on multiple levels, while it will be governed by innovative architectural solutions, inspired by the natural landscape, and, according to the company, aiming to offer the ideal balance between the city and nature.

The project, which received the green light from the Environment Department, will include 105 apartments, of which 17 will be one-bedroom, 52 apartments will be two-bedroom, 33 apartments will be three-bedroom, while three apartments will have of four bedrooms.

According to the Environmental Department's opinion, the apartments will operate as permanent residences and the maximum number of residents is estimated at 337 people. It is emphasised that five of the twelve apartment buildings will include swimming pools. Also, Block G will have a gym, which will be free for use by all residents of the apartment buildings.
The proposed apartment buildings will consist of two to four floors (including the ground floor), with a maximum height of up to approximately 15 meters.
A total of five swimming pools are expected to be constructed in the proposed project.
Three of the pools will have a capacity of 24 cubic meters each and the two pools will have a capacity of 147 cubic meters each. According to the information report, a tertiary biological treatment plant will be installed to treat the development's urban wastewater.
The proposed biological station will be underground and will have a daily capacity of 120 cubic meters.
According to the Environmental Impact Assessment Study, which was submitted last April, the estimated cost of the project amounts to €25 million, while construction works are expected to be completed within two years of the issuance of the building permit.

The integrated development will include a private road with sidewalks, private parking spaces and green spaces. A total of 146 parking spaces will be created for the needs of the development.
The total area of the plot is approximately 25,738 sq m and includes approximately 1,574 sq m for street planning, approximately 38 sq m for EAC facilities and approximately 4,102 sq m for public green space and community facilities.
