True to its long-standing humanitarian actions and the ideals of volunteering, Petrolina successfully organised its second blood drive for this year among the company’s employees and management.
The blood drive, dedicated to the memory of Demetris Lefkaritis, one of the Executive Directors of Petrolina who passed away recently, took place on Tuesday 16 July 2024, at the company’s headquarters in Larnaca.
The enthusiastic response of the Petrolina personnel, as well as the employees from the Petrolina, Agip and Eni petrol stations, was heart-warming, once again confirming their selfless dedication to contributing to society.
Blood donation events are an important part of the compnay’s contribution to society. It is worth noting that Petrolina established a Voluntary Blood Donation Team in 1998, primarily to provide services to blood donors and their first-degree relatives, as well as to the public.
