CMMI and Alexander College renew their partnership

The Cyprus Marine and Maritime Institute (CMMI) and Alexander College have renewed their partnership in a meeting held on 18 November at the CMMI House in Larnaca.

The teams of CMMI and Alexander College, led respectively by Zacharias Siokouros, CEO of CMMI, and Prof. Metanios Halabi, Rector of Alexander College, reaffirmed their commitment to a long-term collaboration focused on delivering benefits for both the society and government of Cyprus.

During the meeting, the two organisations discussed collaboration opportunities in the fields of maritime archaeology and cultural heritage, the development of innovative education and training programs for initial vocational training, continuous professional development, and micro-credential courses.

Both organisations expressed their shared intent to collaborate on projects of national, European and international significance, co-organise events and deliver added-value solutions to contemporary challenges.
