Neocleous Tower: Limassol skyscraper to house high-end companies (pics)

Neocleous Tower in Limassol is on its way to completion, and will soon open its doors to house high-end businesses and companies.

It is a 25-floor "green" building by A. NEOCLEOUS HOLDINGS LLC, which is being constructed in the Limassol parish of Ayios Nektarios, on a plot of land adjacent to Archbishop Makarios III Avenue.

Neocleous Tower, intended primarily for the creation of office spaces, will consist of 25 floors and four additional basement floors. The total height of the building will be 120 meters.

The tower will include 12,600 sq.m. total area of ​​single office spaces, with an average of 285 sq.m. per floor, with easy access to the common areas, a luxurious reception area, and the state-of-the-art meeting rooms.

Also, the fifth floor of the Neocleous Tower will house a café with panoramic views.

At the same time, the building will offer exclusive amenities, such as a fully equipped and modern gym on the 18th floor, overlooking the coastline of Limassol.

It is recalled that Neocleous Tower received approval for construction and operation from the Department of the Environment in November 2020.

Neocleous Tower, with its sustainable character, is being built with the aim of redefining today's office spaces, introducing the philosophy of smart, "green" and sustainable buildings to the market.

Upon completion of its construction works, it will be one of the first office buildings in Cyprus to receive LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification.
