CPMA Announces New Board of Directors – Theodoros Mantis Remains President

The Cyprus Payroll Management Association (CPMA), held its Annual General Meeting on Wednesday, 7 October 2026, at the offices of OEB.

During the meeting, the President of the Board of Directors, Theodoros Mantis, presented an overview of the Association’s activities and highlighted its most significant actions and initiatives undertaken during 2026.

These included the organisation of educational seminars, meetings with government officials, as well as the examination of key issues and the preparation of recommendations on matters affecting payroll management.

Particular emphasis was placed on the significant 25% increase in CPMA membership compared with 2025, a development that confirms the Association’s continuously growing presence and role.

At the same time, CPMA’s position as a key point of reference for the information and professional development of industry professionals was highlighted, covering a broad range of areas directly related to payroll, including employment and taxation matters, Social Insurance, the General Healthcare System (GeSY), and human resources management.

New Board of Directors for 2026–2028

The Association’s new Board of Directors for the 2026–2028 term consists of:

  • President: Theodoros Mantis
  • Vice President: Constantinos Constantinou
  • Secretary: Georgia Michael
  • Treasurer: Marios Siapanis
  • Board Members: Andri Poppou, Marios Diogenous and Charis Charalambous

CPMA will continue to develop activities and initiatives aimed at the continuous professional development of industry professionals, raising awareness of matters affecting payroll management, and effectively representing its members.
