Real estate development company bbf: has formed a strategic collaboration with specialist property developer HKCY Hotels Ltd, adding :dream tower to its portfolio.
As noted by the company in an announcement on the strategic partnership, the 27-storey residential building in Agios Tychonas is located just 150 metres from the sea and "combines a prime coastal location, panoramic views and amenities for wellness and leisure - qualities that align with bbf:’s strategy and commitment to quality contemporary living."

It is worth noting that Hong Kong-based investor Balram Chainrai, who has a controlling stake in the historic Rodon Hotel, is a Director of HKCY Hotels Ltd. The company's projects also include City Terrace, a new apartment complex in the centre of Limassol; the Class A commercial building Smart Tower also in Limassol, and serviced apartment resort Mazotos Courtyard in the coastal area of Mazotos.
Returning to :dream tower, bbf: notes that the location of Agios Tychonas brings together sandy beaches, some of Limassol’s most established five-star hotels, restaurants, beach bars and designer boutiques, with the wider city within easy reach.
