The half-year results of the Mall of Cyprus and Mall of Engomi indicate that profitability and increased turnover continued for the two malls in Nicosia, with the financial position, growth, and performance of the two companies considered satisfactory.
The Mall of Cyprus' revenue (rights to use spaces and other income) for the first half of 2026 amounted to €10,394,949 compared to €9,626,770 in the first half of 2025, while the company's operating profit increased to €8,683,080 from €7,422,904 in the corresponding period last year.
Net profit after tax amounted to €5,963,270 compared to €4,750,965 in the first half of 2025.
The company's total assets in the first half of 2026 amounted to €255,115,056 compared to €250,691,553 in the first half of 2025, while net assets reached €127,614,635 compared to €121,651,365.
Regarding the Mall of Engomi, revenues (rights to use spaces and other revenues) in the first half of 2026 increased to €2,284,176 compared to €2,215,848 in the first half of 2025, while the company's operating profit amounted to €1,706,453 from €1,136,059 in the corresponding period last year.
Net profit after tax doubled to €1,229,981 from €633,108 in the first half of 2025.
The company's total assets amounted to €51,986,220 in the first half of 2026 from €51,127,493 in the first half of 2025, while net assets reached €29,190,306 compared to €27,960,325.
