The Mall of Cyprus (MC) Plc recorded an increase in profitability during the first half of 2026, with net profit after tax rising by 25.5 per cent compared with the same period last year.
According to financial results announced on the Cyprus Stock Exchange, the mall’s net profit after tax reached €5.96 million in the six months to June 2026, up from €4.75 million in the first half of 2025.
The increase in profitability was attributed to higher income from space rental rights and other revenue sources, alongside a reduction in finance costs.
Total revenue increased by 8% to €10.39 million, compared with €9.63 million during the corresponding period of 2025.
Meanwhile, operating profit rose to €8.68 million, from €7.42 million a year earlier.
The results point to continued growth in the mall’s revenues and profitability during the first half of 2026, supported by higher income from its commercial spaces and lower financial costs.
