Minister of Defence Vassilis Palmas has discussed the security situation in the Republic of Cyprus, Lebanon and the wider region with the new Ambassador of Lebanon to Cyprus, Reina Charbel.
According to a post on 'X' by the Ministry of Defence, Minister of Defence Vassilis Palmas received Charbel, with whom they discussed issues of bilateral cooperation, as well as the latest developments and the security situation in the Republic of Cyprus, Lebanon and the wider region, at his offices in Nicosia on 16 September.
Δέχθηκα σήμερα στο γραφείο μου τη νέα Πρέσβη του Λιβάνου στην Κυπριακή Δημοκρατία, Ms Reina Charbel, με την οποία συζητήσαμε θέματα διμερούς συνεργασίας, καθώς και τις τελευταίες εξελίξεις και την κατάσταση ασφάλειας στην Κυπριακή Δημοκρατία, στον Λίβανο και στην ευρύτερη περιοχή.
