The CIM Summit 2026 returns this year, bringing together leading academics from Europe’s top Business Schools and executives from the business community.
The Summit is organized by CIM–Cyprus Business School will take place on Saturday, 28 March 2026, at the Bank of Cyprus Headquarters in Ayia Paraskevi, Nicosia Its aim is to inform, inspire, and deliver meaningful added value to managers and executives.
The CIM Summit is an established institution that promotes lifelong business education, while also serving as a platform for dialogue, exchange of ideas, and networking among professionals from various sectors of the economy.
A rich program featuring international speakers
The Summit’s program opens with welcome addresses by Yangos Hadjiyiannis CEO of CIM–Cyprus Business School, and Irene Piki, Deputy Minister to the President. This will be followed by the proclamation of the CIM Honorary Fellows 2026.
Following this, Spencer Harrison, Professor of Organisational Behaviour at INSEAD, will explore how corporate culture intersects with strategy and how it can be cultivated to drive long-term success.
Vincent Wah Sung Mak, Professor of Marketing and Decision Sciences at the University of Cambridge, Judge Business School, will focus on the essence of strategic thinking in a world of human interactions, examining the role of psychology, behavioral forecasting, and both the capabilities and limitations of artificial intelligence in strategic decision-making.
Elroy Dimson, Professor of Finance and Co-founder and Chairman of the Centre for Endowment Asset Management at Cambridge Judge Business School, will deliver a speech dedicated to long-term investing and strategic capital management in an environment of heightened uncertainty.
The next speaker, Luisa Alemany, Associate Professor of Management Practice in Strategy and Entrepreneurship and Academic Director at London Business School, will explore the new era of entrepreneurial finance, focusing on current trends and the evolving models supporting entrepreneurship.
The programme concludes with a panel discussion and closing remarks, offering the opportunity for dialogue and an exchange of views on the Conference’s key themes.
