The position that Project Management is at a critical juncture, as modern requirements require greater flexibility, transparency and adaptability, was expressed by Xenia Kyriakidou, Vice President, Professional Development, Education and Events, PMI Cyprus Chapter.
In her opening remarks at the 9th Project Management Conference, organised by PMI Cyprus Chapter, Kyriakidou referred to the importance of the professional community staying ahead of international developments.
Referring to this year's event and its theme, Kyriakidou highlighted the critical challenges of the era: inclusion and inclusive leadership, resilience in times of change, the functioning of multicultural digital teams, as well as data transparency through process mining.
Concluding her brief greeting, Kyriakidou sent the message that the above key issues "reflect the real needs of a rapidly transforming market."
