Invest Cyprus and the Cyprus International Business Association (CIBA) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding aimed at boosting the island’s investment and business environment.
Invest Cyprus Chairman Evgenios Evgeniou and CEO Marios Tannousis recently welcomed a CIBA delegation – including its President Vassilios Demetriades and General Manager Valentinos Steliou – for a “constructive meeting”, as the country’s investment promotion agency posted on its social media.
“The two Organisations agreed on specific synergies and close collaboration through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), aiming to further enhance the investment environment and facilitate businesses and investments in Cyprus that drive job creation and economic development,” it added. “Both sides confirmed a strong alignment of vision and a solid foundation for cooperation.”
Building on investors’ feedback, it said, Invest Cyprus and CIBA will translate insights into concrete actions through joint initiatives and structured knowledge-sharing, “to strengthen Cyprus’ competitiveness and unlock the full growth potential of international business and investments in Cyprus”.
