“Ayia Napa Marina is now an international model and a dynamic hub of innovation, investment and marine tourism,” Ayia Napa Marina Deputy CEO, Amr El Adawy, said during his speech at the opening ceremony of the International Sea Tourism Festival 2025.
As he noted, Ayia Napa Marina is an investment that exceeded €300 million and an emblematic project that was implemented through the collaboration of two family businesses. "Through this collaboration, an ambitious vision was transformed into a living reality that upgrades Cyprus' position as a leading nautical and tourist destination in the Mediterranean," he emphasised.
El Adawy pointed out that the International Sea Tourism Festival is a celebration of our shared maritime heritage, and also a platform for dialogue, cooperation and progress that brings together leaders and visionaries from around the world.
"We believe in the power of the sea to unite nations, enhance sustainable development and inspire innovation," he said.
In closing, the CEO expressed his warm thanks to all the festival's partners, supporters and participants, expressing his belief that ISTF 2025 will be a catalyst for new ideas, lasting collaborations and a shared vision for a sustainable marine future.
