Continuing its commitment to investing in local talent and supporting Cyprus' broader Brain Gain vision, global fintech leader Exness has significantly scaled up its Internship Program, offering young Cypriots the opportunity to build international careers in their home country.
Since launching in 2022, the program has grown fivefold. In 2025, Exness doubled the number of internship positions from the previous year, welcoming 27 interns, including 23 based in Cyprus.
The program equips students with hands-on experience in a high-growth, international company, while reinforcing the message that Cyprus is a competitive and compelling base for top-tier talent.

We want talented Cypriots to know: you’re wanted here, you’re needed here, and you don’t have to stay abroad to build an international career,” commented Fuad Karimov, the Chief People Officer at Exness.
Retaining Cyprus’ brightest minds
The Exness Internship Program isn’t just a local pipeline; it’s a bridge home. Through partnerships with leading universities in the UK, the US, and Greece, Exness hired 12 Cypriot students studying abroad this year, inviting them to reconnect with their roots while building experience in a company that operates across 13 countries.
More than a summer job, a real career launchpad

The company has already confirmed the return of the Internship Program in 2026, with applications opening in March and the new cohort kicking off in June.
