The first beer keg has been tapped at City of Dreams Mediterranean’s Oktoberfest, setting the stage for the resort’s much-anticipated second annual celebration of Bavarian culture, which starts on Friday.
The keg was tapped by the Chairman of Limassol District Local Government Organisation (EOA), Yiannis Tsouloftas, and Property General Manager of City of Dreams Mediterranean, Grant Johnson, during an event on Tuesday, which was attended by the President of the Cyprus Germany Business Association Christian Gihr.
Between 10 and 12 October, guests are invited to embrace the Bavarian spirit at Anaïs Lawn and indulge in a wide selection of finely brewed beers and classic German delicacies, from fresh pretzels and crispy schnitzels to traditional würstl and more.
Elevating the festive spirit, Munich’s iconic Oktoberfest band, Die Kirchdorfer®, will perform live every night, bringing their famous blend of pop, rock, and German party tunes.
True to their motto “We do not work – We play music”, the band promises to deliver an unforgettable party vibe.
Oktoberfest at City of Dreams Mediterranean guarantees an authentic Bavarian experience in the heart of Limassol, making it the must-attend celebration of the season.
